Manager Quotation Management – Focus on AI & Automation (m/f/d)

As a manager in offering management, you are actively redesigning our supply processes – with a clear focus on the strategic use of artificial intelligence. You combine professional offering skills with data-driven work and maintain the efficiency, quality and speed of our offers to the next level. AI-based supply management: Active use of AI tools (e.g. copilot, generative AI, text and analysis models) for the creation, optimization and quality assurance of offers. Development and maintenance of prompt standards, text building blocks and supply logics for AI-based supply processes. Use of AI to analyze tenders, derive opportunities/risks and structuring complex requirements. Process & efficiency increase: Automation of recurring offering tasks (e.g. text designs, calculation preparation, compliance checks). Further development of the supply processes using data, KPIs and AI insights. Close cooperation with sales, technology and product management for the optimal use of AI in the supply process. Quality & control: Ensuring quality, consistency and timeliness – supported by AI-based testing mechanisms. Analysis of supply success rates and derivation of improvement measures using AI-based evaluations.

Training/study: Successfully completed economic, technical or comparable studies – alternative relevant training with corresponding professional experience. Experience: Multiannual experience in offering management, bid management, project management or technical sales (B2B) – ideally in the IT/energy business environment. Knowledge: Experience in dealing with offering calculation and project management methods as well as very good understanding of complex performance descriptions and commercial relationships. Operation: Structured, analytical and process-affine operation with high quality orientation. AI & Digital Competence: Embossed affinity for AI applications and digital working methods as well as initial practical experience with generic AI (e.g. copilot, chatGPT or the like) in a professional context. Tools: Experience with digital tools (e.g. M365, CRM, offer or DMS systems). Communication strength: Safe appearance, persuasiveness and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation. Personality: Friends of innovation and desire to use new technologies productively. Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage.
