In cooperation with our customer, a globally active manufacturer of mobile and tower cranes based in Heilbronn, we are looking for a construction mechanic / Schlosser stand-alone production of different crane components and machining of steel parts and semi-finished products at the next possible time

Your tasks:

• independent production of different crane components
• Processing of steel parts and semi-finished products
• Preparation of workpieces and components according to drawings and work documents
• Professional execution and final control of castle works
• Read and understand technical documents such as construction drawings, production and assembly plans, drawings
• Implementation of specific thermal orientation work
• Implementation of MAG welding work on crane components
• Self-adjustment of the welding parameters as a function of workpiece thickness, seam geometry, additional materials and after welding instruction
• Cutting work

Your profile:

• vocational training in a metal profession, engineering technician; Metal maker or comparable conclusion is advantageous
• or professional training or professional experience as well as experience in MAG welding procedures with valid welding test certificate
• Good knowledge of drawing
• ready for shift work in 2- and 3-layer
• Permission to guide bridge and portal cranes
• good knowledge of German
