In the autumn of 2027 we open our second house in Kitzingen with 24 places of residence and support for blind or visually impaired adults with further impairments. Small group sizes and a high staff key ensure sufficient space to deal intensively with people and build real relationships. Your duties

Your main tasks are: ✓ Personal acquisition and selection for the new team ✓ Guided tour, guidance and advice of group management in their management tasks and teams to all educational, nursing and organizational issues ✓ Personal planning, personnel management and personnel and team development ✓ Economic control of responsibility ✓ Participation in the conceptual development and guaranteeing the implementation of defined standards in the sense of a client-centric work ✓ active cooperation with members, authorities, legal advisors, specialist services and cooperation partners ✓ Promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments ✓ Takeover of readiness (up to 4,000 € extra per year)
