You control and monitor our assembly partners based on clearly defined key figures. You plan and carry out production plans independently – for optimal coordination. With an open ear and clear communication, you can contact our partners by phone to match dates. Binding measures to achieve goals are agreed by you and consistently pursued. You document assembly progresses and relevant key figures transparently and reliably. Building and maintaining a close, trusting relationship with our assembly partners is obvious to you. You analyze key figures, identify optimization potentials and implement them in a targeted manner. You always have a look at the time of completion of all Mondays. In close cooperation with various departments, you will ensure a smooth process. Quality assurance is more than a keyword for you – you monitor and analyze relevant key figures with care. You recognize training needs early and pass them on to the right places. Also during the assembly process, you keep the quality characteristics under control. You ensure that our quality standards and specifications (AOT/DOT) are complied with. Progress and key figures You document structured and comprehensible.

You communicate clearly, empathically and at eye level – internally and externally. Negotiating skills and a safe occurrence are yours. Analytical thinking and a good numerical understanding are your strengths. You work structured, independent and keep an overview even in complex situations. Team spirit, flexibility and a solution-oriented attitude will help you. You know about SAP. MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, you use safely. First knowledge of data analysis tools such as Qlik are a plus. You have a commercial training or a comparable qualification in your luggage.
