Deputy Compliance & Money Laundering Officer (m/f/d)

Compliance activities: You support the Compliance Officer in day-to-day business as well as in projects. You continue to expand our compliance management system (CMS) and continuously develop it. You formulate and revise policies and processes on legal requirements in the field of compliance in close coordination with your leadership. You communicate with supervisory authorities, investigating authorities and external auditors. You support compliance with all legal requirements (right-monitoring) in the business areas, identify changes and new requirements, and apply appropriate measures if necessary. Money laundering activities: You support the development and implementation of the money laundering management system, including the risk analysis according to GwG. You object to the in-house implementation of legal changes and requirements and accompany them from the legal point of view. You object to the creation, maintenance and further development of policies, processes and labor instructions for money laundering and fraud prevention. You take risk-based control and monitoring actions, prepare results and assist in reporting and in exchange with internal and external bodies (e.g. revision, supervisor).

You bring a completed training to the bank businessman with relevant further education or a study, for example, in the field of BWL, economic law or a comparable discipline. Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in a regulatory or control-related environment, ideally in compliance (experience in money laundering or fraud prevention is advantageous, but no need). You have a fundamental understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements of a financial institution as well as for corresponding process and organisational processes – we are building everything else together. Your working style is analytical, structured and solution-oriented, and it is fun to make independent decisions and to advise colleagues. You have outstanding communication skills and a safe occurrence and are an absolute team player You have very good German skills in word and writing
