About 80 percent of all microchips worldwide are manufactured using ZEISS technologies. Leadership of Sourcing Projects in the Procurement Area and Takeover of the Role of the Project Manager, which establishes the link to the Development Project and to the Suppliers

Take responsibility for planning, control, monitoring and reporting within complex technology projects, including managing the supplier interface at ZEISS SMT

Coordination of work packages and moderation and monitoring of tasks and milestones between suppliers and SMT to ensure the delivery capability in the object

a successfully completed university degree in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields, as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of welding and grinding technology

deep knowledge of project management, in particular with regard to complex procurement projects and in cooperation with suppliers

structured and methodological work with the aim of continuously improving work processes

strong communication capability and enforcement capacity as well as the readiness to travel national and international

German and English knowledge of word and writing at a level that is safe for negotiation
