Work Preparation / Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a technically experienced employee (m/w/d), who advises our customers, develops tool solutions and at the same time supports our order preparation. The position combines work preparation, purchasing and technical sales in a varied task field. We are an internationally operating company and have been among the leading manufacturers of diamond tools for over 100 years. Our products are used in many different industries. Costing of tools and creation of offers Processing of customer requests, including creation of solutions suggestions and subsequent development of specific cutting tools in coordination with the customer Support for work preparation during order processing Coordination with production and construction Technical purchasing support Collection of offers from suppliers and creation of orders Monitoring the availability of semi-finished products and components for ongoing orders Technical advice of our customers on the phone and by e-mail

This is ideally what you bring: Technical training, e.g. as machining mechanics, tool mechanics, industrial mechanic or comparable Experience in the field of machining or tooling Technical understanding and interest in tool solutions Structured and independent operation Joy in exchange with customers and colleagues Experience in handling a goods management system (ERP)
