An assistance is sought for the teams of the Sales/Business Development departments and strategic projects. The task area comprises essentially the following functions: Professional office management with all assistance tasks (organization, coordination and coordination of appointments, management of the deposit, e.g. contracts, etc.) and office organization Planning, booking and billing of business trips Organization and preparation of customer visits and department events Project cooperation, support in creating marketing documents, presentations and concepts according to specifications Processing of contract documents Order request in SAP (input control, invoice release)
