For one of our customers in Duisburg, we are looking for a dedicated construction technician / road builder in the field of road maintenance and civil engineering (w/m/d). Description Own-sponsored organisation and implementation of road maintenance and restoration measures. Responsibility for the acceptance, control and settlement of the works carried out. Treatment of citizens' concerns and participation in the clarification of complaints. Monitoring compliance with technical requirements and quality standards in accordance with relevant regulations. Close cooperation with contractors, specialist departments and external partners for successful project execution.

Complete training as a construction technician, ideally with a focus on civil engineering, or comparable qualification (e.g. road builder with corresponding professional experience). knowledge of procurement and contract law as well as the relevant technical regulations for the construction design. Embossed communication strength, organizational talent and a safe occurrence in dealing with citizens, customers and partners. Class B driving licence and the willingness to use private cars for service purposes (refund of travel expenses).
