Two Flensburg hospitals will soon be one of the Maltesers and transferred to a joint clinic centre. Socura is the independent IT subsidiary of the Malteser with about 500 employees. Ensuring a reliable, secure and efficient hospital IT operation Development and implementation of a future-oriented IT strategy Leadership, motivation and further development of a local IT team Planning and control of IT projects (infrastructure, applications, digitalization) Close cooperation with the hospital management, medical specialist departments and link between location IT and central IT unit in association (SoCura) Construction and coordination of on-site support in cooperation with central IT and external service providers Participation in budget planning for IT

Successfully completed computer science or business informatics studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience - ideally in the hospital environment - as well as in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, network technology and IT security Very good knowledge of common hospital IT systems and regulatory requirements (e.g. IT-Grundschutz, GDPR, KRITIS) Embossed communication and organizational ability, strategic thinking and hands-on mentality, coupled with leadership and team orientation Knowledge of project management and the implementation of digitalization strategies readiness for regular missions
