Vehicle cleaning clerk (m/f/d)

We are looking for our Center F – vehicles, part-time with 120 hours/month, one

Your tasks

• Determination and control of cleaning standards for indoor and outdoor cleaning of our vehicles
• Professional contact person for about 40 employees in vehicle cleaning at our workshops
• Development and standardization of cleaning processes and maintenance of work instructions
• Participation in equipment for cleaning
• Implementation of instruction and implementation of training and training concepts
• Preparation and implementation of the technical introduction of new employees (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)
• Participation in the creation, updating and implementation of risk assessments
• Ensuring quality standards and implementation of audit requirements
• Care and development of the network with external companies and participation in specialist events.
• Close cooperation with the workshop managers (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) and the employees of the vehicle cleaning with special function

Your profile

• Complete vocational training, desirable in (building) cleaning or comparable

• Experience in vehicle cleaning or a comparable area is desirable

• Knowledge of quality management and audit requirements (e.g. ÖKO-Audit, DIN EN 13816)

• Experience in the creation and implementation of training concepts

• organisational strength and a structured way of working, with a high sense of responsibility and a high quality of work

• Experience in optimizing and standardizing workflows is desirable

• ability to guide employees professionally and to accompany change processes
