Number: MER0003UK7 In our team Prototypenbau and Testfeld in the component development of the Mercedes-Benz plant in Hamburg, the first prototypes with a wide range of production methods are produced by mechanical processing, partly in 3D printing and by assembly and made available to the vehicle testing. These are products such as axles and axle components, steering systems, pedal systems and also electric drives for our new eMobility vehicles. These challenges include: Planning and coordination of prototype structures for testing purposes

Procurement of prototype individual parts in and outside with selection of suitable manufacturing processes and processes

Project-related processing and tracking of the development progress of prototypes of first basic patterns up to handover to series production

The internship is for the duration of six months (required) and will begin from February 2026.

Course in Engineering or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office
