Focus on technology: You are responsible for the realization of demanding projects of technical building equipment (TGA) – in the new building and in stock Project management with responsibility: They take over the control and implementation of new construction and modernization measures in the area of TGA From planning to awarding: They prepare tenders, accompany procurement procedures and create contracts for specialist planners Ensure quality: You check and evaluate external planning results, ensure their plausibility and quality Control success: They accompany the implementation of the planning results, the decreases in construction services and actively contribute to cost-benefit analyses. Designing the future: You are introducing into the implementation of technical standards, innovative solutions and our Group-wide climate protection strategy

Experience: Professional experience as project or construction manager in the planning and realization of construction projects in the field of TGA Qualification: Continuing training for state-tested technicians, masters or a completed study in the field of supply technology, building technology, civil engineering and a comparable qualification Working method: You think structured, act solution-oriented and like to make informed decisions Team spirit & commitment: They like to work in the team and bring their own initiative IT knowledge: Safe in handling MS Office Mobility: Class B driving licence is available
