Business Domain Owner People & Asset (m/f/d)

In this role, you are responsible for the professional development of the People & Asset domain and act as a central interface between business and IT. You structur requirements, set clear priorities and ensure that effective digital solutions are created from different needs. Responsibility for the business development of the People & Asset domain in close partnership with the technical counterpart (DDO). Structured recording and joint sharpening of requirements from the specialist areas as well as bringing together a consistent overall picture. Critical questioning of incoming requirements and prioritization along benefits, effort, dependencies and available implementation capacity. Founded meeting of prioritization decisions and creating transparency in conflicts of objectives between added value, requirements and resources. Ensure that technical requirements are clearly described and optimally prepared for digital implementation. Close cooperation with relevant interfaces to ensure high implementation quality and speed. Early recognition of cross-dominal effects – particularly in the case of changes in other domains on commercial or personal core systems – as well as active management of initiatives, dependencies and priorities including the promotion of systemic improvements in business.

At the interface of business and IT, you want to create real added value and bring joy to translate complex requirements into clear, effective solutions. You are convinced by structure, decision-making and a good sense of cooperation. WHAT WHAT? Solid understanding of commercial relationships as well as a good sense of company-wide, personal and business processes. Experience in handling ERP systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable solutions. Openness to HR systems or Personal software and security in navigating process-oriented system landscapes. Ability to accurately capture, prepare and critically evaluate requirements from business. Impressed prioritisation and the willingness to make decisions and to take a clear position, even in the event of conflicts of destination. Sovereign stakeholder management with the ability to combine different perspectives and to act effectively at the interface between disciplines and digital implementation. Clear, binding and solution-oriented communication paired with sufficient experience to quickly develop effect and to bundle topics as a connecting entity and to derive sustainable priorities. Oh, my God. Experience in cooperation with commercial and/or HR-related departments and a good understanding of their requirements and procedures. Knowledge in the environment of personal software and safe handling of appropriate system landscapes. Practice in cross-departmental work environments with close interconnection between business and IT. Understanding system-based process improvements and developing complex organisational structures.
