Technician/Engineer as a pipeline designer in refinery plant construction (m/f/d)

In the design and technical processing of process orders, you accompany plant changes from conception to basic engineering to detail engineering and thus create the basis for a secure and economical implementation. With AutoCAD Plant 3D you develop 2D and 3D constructions for piping systems and use 3D pointewolks to precisely capture existing systems and develop tailor-made solutions for new requirements. Your technical know-how is required in the design and calculation of pipelines: Design checks and testing of voltage proofs help you to ensure that constructive solutions work reliably even under real operating conditions. Variety arises through the numerous interfaces to equipment, machinery and steel construction, where you combine different technical requirements and develop practical solutions for complex plant areas. With volume skeletons, piece lists, cost estimates and technical specifications, you can expand your view beyond the pure design and support a sound procurement as well as an economic project implementation. You can also experience the success of your planning directly in the facility: In on-site checks, you accompany the implementation and check whether planning, quality and safety-relevant requirements are reliably complied with. From technical coordination with suppliers to the preparation of relevant CE documents to the final As-built documentation, you will accompany your process orders holistically and get insight into the entire engineering process.

A further education on the technician or a completed engineering degree with a focus on mechanical engineering, plant engineering, process engineering or chemical engineering is your technical basis. Multiannual experience in piping planning or piping construction as well as practice in basic and detailed engineering allows you to process design and technical tasks independently up to the implementable solution. In the 2D and 3D pipeline planning, you are safely on the go and bring practical experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D as well as ideally in handling 3D pointewolks. Finded knowledge of the pipeline design and calculation help you to reliably assess design checks and technical evidence; Experiences with pipeline tension analyses are particularly welcome. Ideally, you are familiar with the requirements of refinery, petrochemicals or chemical industry and have already accompanied Brownfield projects, plant renovations or changes in operation. Experience in technical coordination with suppliers, exporting companies and adjacent departments helps you to safely coordinate complex interfaces.
