For our clients, a third-generation family-run company with a team of over 40 employees and a wide range of projects in garden and landscape construction, as well as civil engineering – from private gardens to large-scale construction sites for companies and public facilities in Münsterland and East Westphalia – we are looking for a garden and landscape farmer (m/w/d) on an exclusive order at the closest possible time. Whether professional beginners, experienced specialists or stand-alone construction managers – we are looking for the right personality and adapt the role to your level of experience. Project work & execution: Active cooperation on varied projects in garden, landscape and civil engineering – from the private garden to the large building site Project Responsibility: Responsible control and coordination of projects from A to Z – from planning to successful completion Interface function: Central contact between office, client and construction site for smooth communication and project execution Cost & timing control: monitoring of budgets and timetables to ensure economic project success Team coordination: Leadership and coordination of the commercial team on site – gradually or directly acquired according to experience

Professional qualification: Complete training as a garden and landscape builder or comparable qualification – further training as a technician or master in the GaLaBau of advantage, but no requirement Experience level: professional beginners, specialist with practical experience or experienced building management – all levels of experience are explicitly welcome Technical & Economic Understanding: Solid understanding of structural engineering relations – further pronounced according to experience Personality: Structured, team-oriented, reliable and with real passion for the craft in the green System knowledge: CAD knowledge of advantage, but no requirement
