Lawyer (m/w/d) for Employment and Collective Bargaining Law

You advise the management, personnel managers and personnel management in all labour, tariff and co-determination issues You shall examine and design service contracts, service agreements, revocations, terminations and revocation agreements and shall implement them legally. You deal with and supervise labour court disputes, cooperate with external legal advisers and conduct out-of-court negotiations You accompany company changes, in particular company transitions, business closures and special tariff topics You will take care of the time-limit control, documentation and maintenance of legal acts as well as the processing of legal provisions and cost checks together with our ReFa You create labour law patterns, guidelines and templates and conduct training and information events on labour and collective bargaining issues through

You have a completed legal study (1st and 2nd State exams or equivalent); ideally with focus on working law Ideally, you have first professional experience as a lawyer:in or syndicate attorney, but also professional entry with a high commitment and readiness to learn are welcome Knowledge of the application of collective agreements, ideally AVR-Caritas or TVÖD desirable as well as a safe handling of MS-Office and digital resources You work independently and structured and have the ability to understand complex legal issues You have team skills, negotiation skills and communication strength You have a positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Malteser
