You develop and implement a framework for managing non-financial risks within the framework of our project to further develop risk management You agree with the specialized delegates and teams that control and monitor individual risk types within non-financial risks After completion of the project, you take responsibility for this framework in line and support the specialized delegates and teams in optimizing the Bank's risk profile You take over the function of the IKS risk management control function according to DORA For projects to further develop the management of non-financial risks, you take a leading role You support team management in the technical management of the central operational risk unit located in risk management

An economics studies with at least 5 years of professional experience, as an alternative a completed training as a banking businessman or a comparable qualification with extensive professional experience Multiannual professional experience in non-financial risks, ideally for a bank or a financial service provider In-depth knowledge in the design of a framework for non-financial risks and operational risks Knowledge of relevant supervisory requirements, especially KWG, MaRisk and DORA, desirable Experience in managing projects With your communication strength, you can take other people into change processes and make the necessary decisions Own initiative, sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented way of working
