In this internship you will get exciting insights into an international work environment and work on topics that characterise the customer experience in the global Mercedes-Benz Vans Retail – from brand appearance and retail processes to strategic concepts for the future of the car house. You work closely with sales companies around the world and help develop international retail concepts and processes and implement the Mercedes-Benz Van strategy.

You process international market enquiries, initial evaluations of the brand's presence in the dealer network and then guide findings that are coming into concrete decisions and next steps.

You analyze complex topics in Excel and prepare your results in a targeted, clear and visually appealing manner in PowerPoint – including using MS Copilot and other AI tools.

The activity can begin from February 2027

For example, you study Business Administration, International Management or a comparable subject and want to apply your knowledge in an international business context.

You can communicate safely in English and German and enjoy working with international contacts.

You are sure to go with MS Office, especially with PowerPoint and Excel, and have fun in making information understandable and convincing.

You think structured, work carefully and bring a good feeling for clear messages, appealing visualization and professional presentations.

You are open to AI-based working methods and have ideally already gained first experience with MS Copilot or comparable tools.

You work reliably, independently and proactively – and you want to introduce yourself as a real team player.
