Working student Group HR People Technology (m/f/d)

As a working student (w/m/d) in the area of Group HR People Technology, you support our team in the further development and operation of our global HR system landscape. You will get the opportunity to gain practical experience at the interface of HR, technology, data and change management and to actively participate in international projects.

That's what you expect: You support the maintenance, optimization and further development of our HR systems and contribute to high data quality. You create, care and distribute reports and support individual and short-term reporting requests. You prepare HR data, analyze them and perform quality checks to support data-based decisions. You create and update training documents, user documentation and help articles. You will develop Quick Tips and other information offerings and help to optimally support our end users. You support the planning and implementation of user adoption and change management activities. You will create presentations, communication materials and documentation for different stakeholders. You coordinate translations and agree with international contacts as part of global rollouts and changes. You support the tracking of service-desk requests and the coordination of open support topics. You take over administrative and organizational tasks and gain a comprehensive insight into global HR system operation.

You are currently studying, ideally in an area such as business informatics, computer science, BWL, business psychology, human resources management, data analytics or a comparable degree program. You are interested in connecting HR and digital technologies and want to use your theoretical knowledge in practice. You bring a structured and careful way of working with you and you enjoy analyzing data and identifying relationships. You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. You can prepare complex information in a comprehensible and targeted manner, in writing and in presentations. You like to work independently, are reliable and at the same time enjoy working together in the team. You can communicate safely in German and English as you work with international stakeholders. You're curious, ready to learn and want to get to know new HR technologies and digital processes. First practical experiences in HR, HR-IT, reporting, data analysis, project work or change management are a plus, but not a must.
