Property, Facility & Fleet: You support the management of our locations, take care of vehicle documents and coordinate operations. Documentation & Organization: You provide inventory, tool and insurance documents and make sure everything remains up-to-date and comprehensible. Right & Authorities: You work with corporate law topics, business reports and IHK/HWK topics and support the coordination with law firms and authorities. Office & Travel Management: For a structured post-processing (digital & physical), you support travel accounts and help keep Office processes and checklists up-to-date.

Education & Motivation: You complete a mandatory internship as part of your studies or training and have great interest in administration and process optimization. Readiness to travel: You are ready to visit our four locations throughout Germany and to be on site as required. Working: You work very structured, reliable and detailed. Readiness to learn: You quickly acquire new topics and bring a high motivation to develop yourself. Digital Competence: You go sovereign with digital tools and maintain order in analog work. Language skills: You speak very good German and have good English skills.
