They build trusted relationships with our customers and become a reliable partner for their daily challenges. They analyze the individual needs of building cleaners and develop tailor-made cleaning concepts that go beyond the pure product sales. Their goal is to increase the efficiency and sustainability of the work processes. With your sense of market potential, you can proactively acquire new business partners in the region and inspire them sustainably for our innovative cleaning solutions. They promote the further development of our customers and work closely with our key account team to implement strategic initiatives.

They have a commercial or technical training and experience in direct sales, ideally in the building cleaning or service sector. Your strong negotiating skills and creative customer orientation are your key to presenting individual solutions and building long-term customer relationships. The secure handling of MS Office / Google Workspace as well as knowledge in SAP or CRM systems are of course for you. With your proactive and open way, you win people for yourself and build long-term relationships. You are ready to travel in the region and want to take responsibility for your own sales area, but in the evening you are usually back home.
