We of the WJW, the Wiesbaden Youth Workshop gGmbH, are a training and employment company with around 190 employees, who at two locations qualified about 500 trainees and participants in measures in 25 different occupations. For this purpose, we maintain several artisanal training workshops, an agricultural production plant, two gastronomy facilities and several shops. Advising and accompanying people in integration in the training or labour market Leadership of groups and organisation of group educational offers Support for everyday and life-related difficulties Activation of individual resources of participants Planning of the funding and integration process Close cooperation in the multi-professional team as well as with relevant social administration and/or other actors in the helper system

State recognition as a social worker or social pedagogue or comparable qualification Consultancy and high communicative and social skills Solution-oriented, independent and reflected mode of operation Ideas and engagement in implementing pedagogical concepts High level of conflict and team capacity Safe occurrence and enforcement Responsibility, responsiveness and appreciation
