As a reference assistant, you accompany people with mental illnesses in the context of integration aid individually and according to needs. You support social participation and on the way to a self-determined life.

Your job:

• Consultation and assistance with administrative, coordinating and cooperative focus
• Assistance in own housing and housing
• identification of aid needs and joint development of objectives and measures based on the overall plan
• Planning, organisation and implementation of group offers in the field of psychosocial competence enhancement
• Responsible management of the personal base and course documentation
• Conduct individual and group talks on personal, social and conflict-related topics
• Participation in regular team meetings and supervisions

We wish:

• A completed study of pedagogy or social education (Bachelor or Master)
• Ideally professional experience in integration aid, psychiatry or addiction aid
• Good PC knowledge for documentation and reporting
• Self-employed, structured and responsible work

• Team spirit, flexibility and openness for different life designs
• Class B driving licence
