Supported as an expert Buisness Operations in Site Management You are directly the Head of Site Management as well as the entire leadership team on cross-disciplinary topics. You are a central interface that creates structure, coordinates processes and maintains an overview.

Your tasks

Support for Site Management in technical, organizational and strategic topics Active participation of processes, processes and priorities in Site Management Coordination of cross-disciplinary topics and projects - you are the connecting clamp between the teams Preparation, preparation, organisation and moderation of meetings and decision-making Preparation of presentations, decision templates and reports for management and shareholders Own implementation of projects in the context of the Site Management

Your skills

Complete studies, e.g. in industrial engineering, business management, technical management or communication - or a comparable qualification High organizational competence and a very good understanding of technical and operational processes Project management experience desirable Self-employed, structured and proactive methods Embossed communication and team skills IT affinity and safe handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing
