Takeover, structuring and sorting of receipt of invoices and, inter alia, the management of guarantees (preparatory accounting) Independent preparation of output calculations and control of the Mahnlauf New installation and ongoing maintenance of supplier and subcontractor master files Coordination with the building and project managers on input invoices and performance certificates Support and participation in the digitization of accounting processes

well-founded experience in (preparing) accounting, further training in accounting is welcome (but no need) Pre-knowledge in digital accounting environments and motivation to digitize existing processes Safe handling of DATEV, Bonus: Experiences in Alasco German language skills, English as a bonus Bonus: Ideally first experience from real estate project development or the construction industry
