Account Director Parental Leave Replacement (m/f/d)

Then you are right with us: As an Account Director, you are responsible for building and supporting the defined TV and digital media agencies and their customers. In this role you live our hybrid model ''Flexibel'''. You will work two fixed and one flexible day on site, and on the other days you can work remotely. This body shall be suspended in the framework of a parental leave until April 2027, or, if necessary, also for longer. This is what awaits you As a key player for a defined portfolio, you build sustainable agency and customer relationships, develop them qualitatively and ensure that we achieve ambitious sales goals together You actively control your portfolio, including potential analysis, identification of cross- and upselling possibilities and the development of individual 360° concepts in cooperation with the relevant interfaces As a Sparring Partner for the Negotiating Leader, you contribute your expertise in offering design along the strategic priorities, assisting in deriving the argumentation basis and actively accompany the process until the conclusion Your tasks include the organization and execution of external ( pitch) terminals and roadshows - physical and virtual - incl. Theme setting, presentation and follow-up In internal OKR and interdisciplinary workshops, you represent the market perspective as a representative of the sales scope, ensure knowledge transfer to the teams and, if necessary, control market processing for a defined topic

You’re a sales talent with a sense of trends, bringing enthusiasm for media, content and streaming with you and want to convince agencies and customers with innovative solutions You have gathered several years of professional experience in the media business - on the agency or customer side in planning or consulting and/or sales - and are ready for the next step You have a broad network in the industry at operational level and are appreciated for your well-founded know-how about the moving image market, current trends and AI With your optimistic and communicative appearance and your understanding of different perspectives, you also convince in difficult conversations and bring topics to completion You take proactive responsibility to find solutions, in particular for complex topics - your careful and self-sponsored work will benefit you as well as your team spirit
