At the next time, we will look for you as a contract and supplement manager:in (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Berlin site. Your tasks:

You will check incoming claims for completeness, entitlement, plausibility and economic impact The preparation of technical opinions, the evaluation of contract deviations and the preparation of decision bases and follow-up negotiations are carried out together with project management, purchasing and legal department Your area of responsibility includes coordination of all departments involved in the follow-up process and ensuring a transparent and efficient processing process You analyze contract documents and project data to identify opportunities and risks at an early stage and to derive appropriate action recommendations from them In the defence of unauthorized claims and the enforcement of legitimate claims by the contracting entity, you are proactively involved and thus support the economic success of the project You are taxing the contract and after-sales management for construction and engineering contracts and for an economic, quality and timely processing of all relevant processes The complete documentation as well as the maintenance of contracts and supplements in the relevant IT systems, such as iTWO and VRI DMS (Doxis), will be ensured by you

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed university degree in the field of civil engineering, economic engineering, transport, or a comparable subject Ideally, you already have work experience in infrastructure projects, for example in contract management and follow-up management, in project management, planning or realisation Your profile includes knowledge of the follow-up examination as well as experience in the application of VOB and HOAI You bring a good understanding of economic relationships and a pronounced analytical thinking ability with Your safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with the document management system (VRI DMS) as well as the RIB iTWO project control system are the key to your You work independently, structured and with a high quality and keep an overview even in complex situations Communication strength, negotiation skills and solution-oriented cooperation with different project participants complete your profile Very good German knowledge in word and writing allows you to secure communication with internal and external project partners
