You use your skills as well as experience in our strategy and ESG team (in our Munich headquarters). You are the central point of contact in the company for sustainability / retrofitting in the financing of modernization and rehabilitation projects. You are responsible for market and competition monitoring, analysis of regulatory requirements, political developments and ensuring the flow of information within the company. You support the operationalization of the corporate strategy with a focus on topics to anchor sustainability / retrofitting in our business model (e.g. design and implementation of customer journeys for modernization / retrofitting, building an ecosystem, etc.). You guide the planning and independent implementation of diverse and challenging projects for enterprise growth and strategy development. As part of a strong team, you quickly take responsibility, bring your own ideas and work closely with stakeholders from the entire company, in particular senior management and board.

A completed study as well as ideally at least two to five years of experience in strategy and business development (e.g. business consulting, in-house consulting, strategy and ESG division of an enterprise or from a start-up) Experience in the design and implementation of strategic and operational projects and comprehensive methodological competence, ideally already experience in the field of sustainability and increased interest in retrofitting A high level of initiative, passion and team spirit Designed analytical and conceptual working methods and communication and presentation skills You're not sure if this place fits you?
