How we achieve a lot together

• They support the application systems of our customers' Smart Meter Gateways and create internal reports on system status and utilisation.
• They process tickets as part of customer support, monitor central message management, analyze technical disturbances to system interfaces and thus contribute to the stability of the systems as well as rapid identification and solution of problems.
• They help to make complex data understandable with the help of data visualization and to identify trends.
• You maintain and review technical documentation on system configurations and process sequences according to technical guidelines (e.g. TR-[for phone number see the original ad]) and safety standards (ISO/IEC 27001) for BSI-compliant management.
• You install new software relays and are responsible for quality testing.

When we make big eyes

• They have completed technical training in the field of IT, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. Cross-comers with relevant professional experience are also welcome.
• They have first experience in application care, advice and/or handling of measurement systems and gateways (of advantage). Knowledge in the energy market and terms, such as measuring point operators (MSB) or network operators, are advantageous.
• They have a solid technical understanding. Ideally, you have first knowledge in a programming or script language and basic ITIL knowledge.
• They have excellent analytical skills to identify abstract relationships from various information and identify errors.
• They speak fluently German and ideally good English.
