Projektmanager (m/w/d) - Projektmanagement

Sutthauser Straße 280, 49080 Osnabrück As a business manager at Köster Ventures, you are driving our hub for start-up innovations, collaboration and investments, the implementation, development and evaluation of exciting ConTech solutions and digital business models. In particular, you develop collaboration with startups - with a focus on venture clienting - and make Köster Ventures visible internally and externally Based on relevant use cases and trends from the planning and construction process You advance pioneering innovations - from ideation to prototyping to piloting To combine our profound building know-how with the innovative power of startups, you work closely with internal departments as well as a network of founders: women, universities and innovation partners You actively shape Köster Ventures - from operational setup to strategic orientation to positioning in the ConTech ecosystem

You have practical experience in the startup environment, in the Venture Building, Venture Capital, in the (innovation) consulting or have already founded yourself You bring a creative mindset, technological affinity and experience in designing workshops and dealing with innovation methods such as Design Thinking or Lean Startup You like to look over the edge of the plate and connect hands-on mentality with strategic thinking, team spirit and the drive to actively shape the construction of tomorrow You have a degree in economics, computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification Ideally you bring experience from the construction industry, in digital business models or in the ConTech sector
