At the next time we are looking for

You enter our tenants through our service hotline You give first aid to concerns and problems related to rental You take the transfer of various facts to the real estate managers You have contact with tenants and administrators by using different communication media You work closely with other internal departments. Inbound telephony, within usual office hours (Monday to Friday)

You have a completed commercial training, e.g. businessman for office management, office businessman or comparable qualification Ideally, you have professional experience in telephone customer contact Good MS-Office knowledge also brings you You are strong, customer-oriented and team-ready You have a clear and understandable expression/friendly phone voice You are flexible, committed and efficient
