Creates job-related risk assessments in cooperation with field managers and specialists on site Verification of compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations and statutory provisions and assessment of working conditions in general assistance in the implementation of training programmes, including Planning of training events Support in daily work at work, including advice on security issues, provision of personal protective equipment and inspection of plant conditions to identify dangerous conditions and practices Support in the investigation of accidents with the head of the department, including the verification of accidents, the identification of causes and remedies Advice, coaching and support of managers and specialists and support of the accident prevention programme Support in the implementation of local security programmes to comply with state, local and internal regulations EHS Manager support in all matters, including regulatory information requests and answers You support the introduction of new security standards together with the EHS Manager and promote a strong security culture through close cooperation with factory staff, department managers - in line with the PepsiCo Global EHS Standards.''

Certification as a specialist for occupational safety, e.g. according to § 7 of the Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (ASiG). Complete training in a technical profession or comparable qualification. Knowledge of environmental protection and the legal requirements for jobs. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Strong communication skills and the ability to identify problems objectively and find solutions. Enforcement and the ability to unite different interests.
