In the Ev. Johanneswerk we all work on a common good work: we care and accompany people who need support. Around 7,500 employees contribute to this in more than 70 institutions of old aid, integration aid and in our clinics and kitas. Regional office Participation services – work and qualification The regional office manages from Lüdenscheid the work of seven Studjo farms – an institution of professional rehabilitation for people with assistance needs. As a closely linked team, we take care of controlling, quality management, human resources management and administration. Thus we act as a link between the region and the central administration of the work of John. You are responsible for WfbM's internal reporting and controlling and you are working on solutions to complex issues in finance, investment planning, service providers and personnel. You act in the billing circuit control of the workshop employees as well as in the cost-benefit allocation and billing of services, including checking of cost statements and case clarifications. You work closely with the management and support it in the organizational and professional issues of the region. In addition, you support the implementation of new processes and organisational changes and you accompany projects and cross-sectional tasks.

When you match us: If you can provide a completed degree in economics, management, finance or comparable, and identify you relevant professional experiences in corporate controlling.
