IT Specialist / Electronics Technician Data Center

Flexible, independent support for the conversion of requirements and processes for the data center including Maintaining our data center infrastructure Planning and execution of cabling work Analyze and eliminate disturbances Creating and updating operating documentation Participation in planning, raising, managing and coordinating the RZ infrastructure Cooperation with other technical teams, including across locations Implementation of IT security measures in accordance with requirements DRV, BSI, TSI, KRITIS Working in internal and overarching projects

Completed university education (Bachelor or Diplom FH) in the field of IT, (economic) informatics, electrical engineering or Engineering or completion of a comparable IT qualification (e.g. testedr technicianin) or completion of a vocational training in the IT sector (e.g. specialist in system integration, electronics, IT service technician*in) or comparable multiannual, practical experience in IT Current professional experience and basic infrastructure knowledge, ideally in a data center Ideally, you have: Knowledge of electrical engineering and experience with rack systems, Power Distributions Units (PDUs), passive and structured data cabling and access control systems Experiences in detecting, analyzing and correcting fault conditions in power distribution and cable sections First experience with DCIM applications Basic knowledge of ITIL and IT security An independent and service-oriented way of working with a high level of responsibility and reliability for the tasks complete your profile
