Your training prepares you for a variety of tasks: Process organization: organize, structure and steer work processes independently. Information management: collect, evaluate and prepare relevant data and information for the processing of material. Management competence: Learning to understand internal processes and supporting cooperation between different departments and functional entities. Ownership: Work responsibilities and specialist tasks independently after thorough work. Cross-sectional tasks: gain insights into the various tasks and offices.

Completion: A good degree in real school or a degree in secondary education. Drive: joy in the service-oriented work with people as well as motivation to acquire theoretical knowledge (e.g. in administration-specific subjects and legal topics). Working method: Structured, careful and independent operation.
