Service technician (m/w/d) in the field

Currently, we are supporting our customers, which authorities, industry and private customers on security and protection, in order to strengthen the service department in search of dedicated electronics (m/w/d) for the field of security reporting technology in the field of external service. The site is initially intended for the Berlin area.

Inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting of safety equipment such as fire detection, intrusion detection and video surveillance systems are part of your daily task. Defective systems are set up by you and existing systems are optimized to ensure high availability. The installation and commissioning of technically complex safety systems also falls within your area of responsibility. By analyzing and evaluating error reports, you identify causes of disturbance and develop sustainable solutions. All maintenance and repair measures carried out shall be documented in accordance with the applicable regulations.

You have completed vocational training in the field of information and telecommunications technology or a comparable qualification. A customer-oriented way of thinking and action is of course for you, as well as team skills. Knowledge of system technology from Esser, Honeywell Security, Primion or Hekatron is of great advantage. General knowledge of hazard detection technology is desirable. You have a good understanding, a high self-motivation and work independently and reliably. Flexibility in working time is not a problem for you. Travel willingness is available. You master the German language very well in word and writing. A class B driving licence completes your profile.
