Agile Team Coach / Scrum Master - Remote/Hybrid (m/f/d)

Agile accompaniment: You support several teams to improve their cooperation and to develop more self-responsibility, clarity and joint effectiveness

Facilitation with posture: Once you create as a Facilitator:in the framework of good cooperation, sometimes your harmonious moderation and the format you choose to transform friction into progress

Enable effective conversations: You shape team-wide formats that create space for open communication, shared learning and sustainable decisions

Transparency and progress: Promoting continuous improvement, decision-making and clarity within and between teams

Team design: You accompany the construction of a new feature team. You help to create an environment where people take responsibility, set priorities and actively shape changes

Extensive professional practice: At least 5 years of experience as Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Facilitator, ideally in the scaled environment and continuous support of teams through growth phases

Agile Expertise: Agile and systemic principles and joy in applying these pragmatic and contextual principles.

Systemic view: Practical knowledge in systemic approaches such as ideally Sociocracy 3.0 and/or hypnosystemic concepts

Communication strength: You bring empathy and courage to address even uncomfortable topics and have experience in working tensions constructively

Design competency: You work at different levels of flight and help to design structures and framework conditions in such a way that the acting actors connect appropriately and enable effective decision-making

Hybrid work: Sovereignty in dealing with distributed teams as well as experience with hybrids or Remote setups

Language competence: Our team language is German. Very good German skills (min. C2) are therefore a must
