For our Customer Service field in Tribe Service Management Solutions (KDSSMS), we are looking for you in full or part time as Application Engineer (m/w/d) in Münster from 30 hours a week. You work across locations and with diverse interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives You actively shape the task of “reporting” and introduce ideas for content and strategic developments. As a technical specialist, you are responsible for design, development and implementation of BI solutions in private and public cloud platforms. You take on the development and consolidation of our data analytics architecture and set standards for data integration, storage, and processing. You work closely with the disciplines (e.g. concept data models) to develop efficient BI solutions and drive process automation. In addition, you develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Grafana and Superset.

Personality with profile You have a successfully completed study of mathematics, computer science, business informatics and over several years of professional experience in the data analytics environment, primarily in data engineering and data analysis, or a comparable qualification. You have a good knowledge of common databases and have already gained knowledge in various BI technologies (e.g. SAS, Power BI) and brings programming knowledge to Python and SQL or similar languages. Your technical background focuses on IT regulators and finance. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You have an excellent analytical ability to think and solve problems. In addition, you are team-ready, open to new and update your technology-know-how analogy to the technical developments on the market.
