In Customer Products, we are responsible for the product organization with product management, product design, agile work and business architecture. Together with our engineering partners, we create the basis for sustainable, scalable product solutions. We take responsibility – for direction, priorities, quality and added value for our customers and ourselves as companies. With a positive mindset, courage to change and real ownership, we gradually build an organization that allows learning, promotes responsibility and provides space for design. We believe that strong products are created where people take responsibility and work together at eye level. These challenges include: Conception and implementation of Ul/UX design solutions Creation of Low-Fidelity sketches, interactive Click Dummys and High-Fidelity prototypes in Figma Development of a design system with reusable Ul components Ensuring consistent and brand-compliant design Adaptation and optimisation of leasing and financing operations Conception, design and implementation of print documents Further development of visual design to support user guidance Work in the agile product team Close coordination and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, developers and product managers Individually responsible handling of tickets as part of Sprints Continuous integration of feedback in the design processes Support of the team in daily tasks Preparation of presentations and management documents The activity can begin from March 2026. We are looking for the locations Berlin and Stuttgart alike (Berlin > Mühlenstraße 30 / Stuttgart > Siemensstraße 7)

Studying a relevant degree course, for example graphic/interaction design or similar Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of Figma, Confluence, Jira and MS Office Commitment and team skills Creative thinking and strategic working
