Administrative and organizational support of our construction site and project team Participation in the tendering, evaluation, negotiation and award of services in interior design Coordination and preparation of appointments, meetings and construction sites Communication with suppliers, authorities, subcontractors and project partners Preparing disability advertisements, supplements and protocols Mass determination based on plans

A completed training in commercial or technical environments or in crafts Professional experience in construction, crafts and a comparable environment Experience in preparation, tendering or awarding desirable A good understanding of numbers and a safe handling of quantities and costs Good IT user knowledge and interest in digital processes A structured, careful and independent way of working Secure German knowledge (C1) for daily use
