We are looking for you as (Senior) Projektingenieur:in / Techniker:in special project Stellwerke im Großprojekt (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at Dorfen, Mühldorf am Inn or Munich. The office location is Munich and can be individually designed in coordination. The project also has premises in villages and at the Mühldorf am Inn station. You take over the coordination and construction management of all works in the field of IOH, cable deep construction, trenches, HDD, crossings, shaft constructions and rail transition adjustments The technical and constructional coordination with exporting companies, specialist building monitoring, planners and internal DB sites is part of your everyday life It is up to you to ensure project realization according to current planning, applicable Ril specifications, safety regulations and requirements – from the accompanying documentation control via Redlines to the preparation and handover to the planning Controlling work preparation is also part of this: you take care of freedom of construction, permits, stoppage requirements, availability of materials, and in the case of logistical processes as well as the break coordination with Quality control during construction, monitoring of costs, performance and progress are yours, as well as escalation and clarification of technical, terminological or resource-related deviations Your tasks include support for risk assessments as well as safety and health protection and construction site organisation – and you actively control the construction teams on site and keep the construction schedule up to date

Your profile:

You have a degree in building, electrical or infrastructure or further training as:r Techniker:in Multiannual relevant experience in the construction management for civil engineering, cable construction or road construction In dealing with relevant DB policies (e.g. Ril 046, 813, 824, 883, VV BAU), you know yourself well from Enforcement, communication strength and sovereignty in the coordination with various companies and internal bodies characterize you Construction site dates and daily coordination at the villages site you see as exciting challenges you like to meet
