For the PLZ areas 0+9, 3 and 6, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

Support, training and development of existing customers Implementation of onboarding, concept training and concept implementation Analysis of customer use and derivation of action recommendations for process optimization Proactive support of customers in achieving their economic and conceptual goals. KPI and ROI tracking Individually responsible upselling and cross-selling of products, concepts, services (e.g. training, maintenance contracts) Close coordination and cooperation with the competent area distribution: common customer and account strategies Exchange of information on customer status and development potential

Documentation of all customer activities and developments in the CRM system Possibility to use in PLZ areas 0+9, 3 and 6

Completed sport science training or training for physiotherapy 2 years of experience in the fitness or physio market and first experience in the customer success or sales Analytical skills Communication and consulting strength with eye for upsell potentials Structured independent working & team skills Enduring with great will for success High mobility and readiness to travel Active sport and experience with the milon & five training systems
