Description Full-time 3-shift model with weekly rotating early, middle and late shift at our Kobern-Gondorf site. The activity is exclusively on site - no home office is possible.

As a trainer: at Amazon, you make your working day proactive and data-based. You start the day with the analysis of important dashboards and key figures to identify and prioritize upcoming training, onboarding and coaching. In close coordination with the operational departments, you ensure that all measures can be carried out according to plan. With your "hands-on mentality" you regularly work in the operating processes and thus know the processes from the first hand. You are responsible for compliance training. These trainings are either carried out personally or accompany the employees: in e-learning formats. Continuous improvement is the key to success in our dynamic working environment. You receive weekly updates on process changes and new projects and are responsible for supporting the implementation at your own location and for training the employees accordingly. As the first point of contact during onboarding, you are asking for new colleagues to feel welcome from the outset and to use our process standards and corporate culture. Your close cooperation with the operational teams will ensure that the highest operational standards are met.
