You lead a team of currently 17 colleagues and create a collaboration that combines clarity, reliability and mutual support. The care of our customers and market partners is your responsibility and ensures a service-oriented, professional appearance to the outside. Regulatory requirements and operational deadlines (e.g. according to GPKE, WiM or MPES) are consistent and tax processes so that You run timely and efficiently. Contract and master data management, device and energy management as well as the billing of network charges and feed, you coordinate and monitor with great care. Payment assignments and receivable management are transparent and correct. You coordinate complaint and conciliation cases, keep the overview and ensure a solution-oriented processing.

You have a degree in the field of business management, economic engineering or a comparable degree course. Multiannual experience in the energy industry and first successes in the leadership of teams will help you and build on it. In everyday work, you can safely move into the IT systems SAP S/4HANA Utilities and SAP MaCo Cloud. You know the relevant legal framework in Germany – such as EnWG, MsbG, EEG and KWKG – and you can apply it in practice-oriented manner. In cooperation with customers and partners, you will score with a sovereign, communicative appearance and a real focus on service and solution orientation. A strong customer and service orientation drives you and reflects your daily work and communication.
