Strategic development of municipal management Development and implementation of a clear, focused community strategy, taking into account energy policy, regulatory and communicative frameworks Ensuring close interconnection with sales, network and strategy units Active participation of municipal positioning in the context of the energy transition Guided tour & organization Professional and organisational leadership and further development of the local management team Promoting a modern leadership style, characterized by team orientation, self-responsibility and professionalism Development of structures, processes and procedures Stakeholder and Relationship Management Establishment, maintenance and management of strategically relevant relationships with municipal decision-makers, administrations, political bodies and associations Close coordination with internal stakeholders, in particular network and sales areas, as well as the management of the networks Representation of the company as a reliable, competent local partner Monitoring, transparency & reporting Development and development of professional monitoring on municipal projects, opportunities, risks and market developments Regular, addressable reporting to management deriving strategic needs and recommendations for action

Knowledge of communicative structures, decision-making and administrative processes Multiannual experience in stakeholder and relationship management, ideal for energy, infrastructure or public sector Strategic understanding of energy economic relations and municipal value added Experience in interdisciplinary project work and management of organizational units Entrepreneurial thinking and implementation skills in projects of the energy transition Embossed communicative skills – safe, binding and addressable Ability to combine strategic goals with operational feasibility High integration capability in handling internal and external stakeholders Enforcement in combination with cooperative, modern leadership Design will and transformation strength in a dynamic energy world
