We are looking at the Department of Social Affairs in the Wiblingen social area for the Youth House Tannenplatz on 01.10.2026 for an educator or youth and home educator for open child and youth work (m/w/d) Part-time, indefinite The body comprises 33.15 hours per week (85%). The Department of Social Affairs (SO) organizes the services of youth and social assistance in the University city of Ulm as part of a decentralized social space concept. In the Wiblingen social area, the interdisciplinary team consists of around 40 employees who provide services for local citizens connected. Payment is made according to qualification up to S 8b TVöD-SuE.

Your tasks: Planning and implementation of recreational and educational opportunities for children, young people and young adults, including play, sports, media and gender-specific projects Design and development of open child and youth work, including open work, event planning and concept development Coordination and administrative activities as well as support for the management of the Youth House for organisational and administrative tasks Networking and public relations through cooperation with schools, social institutions and other actors in the social area and through press work Support and promotion of young people, including the guidance of interns, FSJ and BFD forces, as well as the strengthening of participation, social learning and social participation Changes due to organisational measures are reserved.

Your profile: a completed training for the educator or youth and home educators, or a comparable qualification responsible and self-employed personality pronounced communication capability, reliability and a high degree of empathy Knowledge of computer, social media and graphic design are desired readiness for flexible working hours, even on weekends, in school holidays and in the evening hours
