Personnel recruiter with a focus on personnel controlling (m/f/d)

In our motivated and competent team, support you in human resources management You shall conduct personnel selection procedures of the technical departments from the evaluation of the job, the invitation to tender, to the termination by: You work together with staff representatives and other services and are a representative for managers in recruiting You are responsible for the production and analysis of personnel codes and regular reporting You are responsible for our personal controlling and develop this You prepare data and key figures as a basis for decision-making for management and bodies You support the personnel managers in personnel management tasks, e.g. examination of other uses, part-time and requests for workation

You have a successfully completed university degree in Public Management or General administration at a university of public administration with a degree as B.A. or as a graduate administrator/administrative manager (FH) and possess the career capability for the senior service Alternatively, you have a degree in human resources, on the basis of which equivalent knowledge and sufficient relevant experience have been gained, or have completed a comparable vocational training with relevant professional experience. You have ideally gained professional experience in personal recruiting and/or personal controlling. Knowledge of public administration processes is advantageous You have a pronounced affinity for numbers and analytical thinking. Knowledge of the personnel management tool (Dipsy) is advantageous Very good knowledge in Excel (especially formulas, evaluations and pivot tables) complete your profile You are capable of communication and teamwork, responsibly and responsibly You have the ability and willingness to work independently and structuredly
