Technical, organizational and disciplinary management of the mechanical workshop in OAM Preparation, implementation and follow-up of annual and feedback talks Planning, control and monitoring of maintenance, maintenance and repair work Ensuring high plant availability and trouble-free production Leadership, motivation and further development of employees in the workshop Coordination of workflows and resources Monitoring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards Analysis of disturbances and development and implementation of sustainable improvement measures Support for technical projects, optimizations and investment projects Responsibility for documentation and compliance with relevant regulations

Complete technical vocational training in the field of mechanics, metal processing or comparable (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in maintenance or workshop, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company Knowledge of occupational safety, quality management and preventive maintenance desirable and relevant leadership experience Safe handling of current MS Office applications Embossed technical understanding as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
