We are now looking for our Medical Controlling department at RKH Regionale Kliniken Holding und Services GmbH in Ludwigsburg or another location of RKH Health

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Contract period: unlimited part-time 50%

Our range of services:

With about 70 employees, the Central Medical Controlling provides comprehensive income protection and correct coding and documentation of stationary treatments. In addition, the MD management is responsible for all examinations of the RKH clinics. The field of structural tests/G-BA and coding revision is also integrated in the medical controller.

Your tasks:

• Processing of the electronic data exchange according to §301 SGB V with the statutory (MBEG, KAIN, INKA) and communication with private health insurance companies
• Professional MD management taking into account test vV
• preparation and implementation of the preliminary procedures, follow-up procedures and discussion procedures with the cost-beneficiaries
• Preparation and implementation of MD-Inhouse exams
• the processing and documentation of incoming requests by the cost-carriers in the discussion process as well as the dispatch of necessary discussion documents (e.g. clinical findings, medical certificates) and, if necessary, Action
• Communication with all clinical professional groups and external negotiators
• if necessary. Participation in the G-BA/Structure Tests

Your profile:

• Complete medical or nursing basic training

• Continuing training for coding and, where appropriate, Medical controllers (goers are welcome)

• Ideally studies with regard to healthcare such as health economy, management, BWL Multiannual experience in medical controlling, coding and/or MD management

• Own initiative, commitment, sense of responsibility and independent work

• Routine in dealing with MS-Office and common KIS

• Open personality with interprofessional communication strength and team skills

• Detection of complete macern vaccination or measles immunity under Infection Protection Act
